Shipping
All orders will be processed within 24 hours. All orders received by 8PM EST will ship out no later than the following non-Holiday business day (orders received on Friday will be processed on Monday). Once your order has been received, we will contact you regarding the status of your shipment. Generally, you may expect to receive your purchase within 5-7 business days from the time of order, depending on the shipping address.
Circa Asia will charge a flat $5.95 shipping fee to your order. Orders of $100 will earn FREE shipping. A 7.75% tax will be assessed to orders from within California. All other states are tax-exempt.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as PayPal.
Return Policies
Our Guarantee
We have spent a great deal of time in Asia seeking each handcrafted piece and are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase. Circa Asia has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we'll exchange it or refund the credit card used for the purchase.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your Circa Asia purchase, please return it within 20 days of receipt and we would be happy to exchange it for a replacement, issue a credit for another purchase, or refund the product cost to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. For your protection, please send the package via Insured Parcel Post, to make sure the item is not damaged or lost in transit.
