Circa Asia’s servers are hosted in a secure network facility that has been certified to fully comply with the 2005 Federally mandated Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards. Our secure server encrypts your personal information, so that it can't be read by an outside party. We use the encryption process Secure Sockets Layering (SSL) to help secure transmission of your order and credit card information. In addition, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use the information we collect online.
During the checkout process, you will be asked to provide personal and payment information. This is done to protect you from identity theft fraud as well as to protect Circa Asia. For your protection, we permanently delete credit card numbers from our server once an order is completed and closed. NO record of your credit card number is permanently stored by Circa Asia in any form.
Privacy
You have the right to privacy and we respect and honor that right. We will never sell your information for any reason. Ever! We will only contact you for a specific reason, such as notifying you that your order has been shipped, sending your tracking number for shipments or feedback to a problem that you have brought to our attention concerning a product or service.
